保存歷史記錄

歷史記錄的保存對象包括：在線分析結果和離線分析結果。

 分析儀有兩種存儲模式，一種是自動存儲；另一種是手動存儲。當選擇自動存儲時，每次測試結束后，儀器會自動保存本次的測試結果。當選擇手動存儲時，每次開始測試的時候，儀器都會有提示信息，詢問用戶是否要保存數據。如果要保存測試結果則按“確定”鍵保存，如果不保存，則按“取消”鍵放棄保存。

常見故障與解除

在儀器使用過程中，由于很多不可預測的原因可能會出現故障，出現下列現象

時可以按我們提供的方法排除故障，出現其它現象或下列辦法不能排除的故障時，請

與我們聯系。

故障一：

故障現象：

顯示屏出現“UV 燈已過期”/“泵管已過期” ；

故障原因：

1） 耗材使用已過期；

2） 更換耗材后沒有清空耗材運行記錄；

解決方法：

1） 更換耗材；

2） 更換耗材后，清空耗材運行時間；

故障二：

故障現象：

顯示屏空白或出現亂碼。

故障原因：

1）測試環境低于 -10 ℃；

2）偶發的故障；

解決方法：

1）將測試環境轉移到 0～40℃ 的環境中；

3）若故障發生在待機狀態，則只需關機等待 5 秒后，重新啟動即可；

故障三：

故障現象：

打印機不能打印測試結果。

故障原因：

1）測試環境低于 0 ℃；

2）缺紙；

3）打印紙安放不到位；

4）偶發的故障；

解決方法：

1）將測試環境轉移到 0～40℃ 的環境中；

2） 查看打印機是否缺紙，若缺紙則按打印機的使用手冊安裝新的打印紙；

3）對于偶發故障，則只需關機等待 5 秒后，重新啟動即可。

故障四：

故障現象：

儀器顯示被測樣品是明顯電導率超標，且TOC 顯示為 0.000 mg/L ;

故障原因：

1） 管路沖洗不夠徹底 ；

2） 被測樣品電導率嚴重超標 ,大于 10 μs/cm；

3） 管路堵塞，液體流速明顯減慢 ；

4） 進液口的輸入管在液面之上 ；

解決方法：

1） 延長沖洗時間；

2） 更換樣品液；

3） 檢查輸入和輸出的特氟龍管路，查看是否有死彎或異物堵塞；

4） 將進液口的輸入管路伸入到樣品液之下。

二氧化碳傳感器

儀器上安裝有兩個二氧化碳傳感器，由電導率傳感器和溫度傳感器組成。電導率測量采用雙精度技術，可以實現自動校準和溫度補償。TIC傳感器用于檢測未經氧化的水樣中二氧化碳濃度，同時檢測水樣的電導率值；TC傳感器用于檢測水樣本身含有的二氧化碳和水樣中有機物經分解后產生的二氧化碳濃度的總和。

氧化反應器

儀器利用UV射線在二氧化鈦光催化劑的作用下將有機化合物氧化成二氧化碳，氧化反應器是一個UV燈外包螺旋形的石英管。UV燈發出185nm和254nm的光線，使水產生光分解。

H2O hν(185nm)（TiO2）? OH?  H?

羥基自由基（OH?）能完全把有機化合物氧化為二氧化碳。

有機物  OH?? CO2 H2O

UV燈的使用壽命為6個月，當更換時間到期時儀器將出現警告信息，提醒用戶更換UV燈。

運行要求

? 分析儀的量程是：電導率< 10.0 us/cm ；TOC < 1.0 PPM 。如果水樣中的無

機碳或有機碳濃度超出了儀器的檢測范圍，需使用高純水或有機碳濃度較

低的去離子水沖洗管路。

在線檢測裝置

進入儀器內部后水樣的流速大約為0.5 ml/min。進入在線檢測裝置的水樣溫度可以在1～95℃范圍內，儀器的廢液和在線檢測裝置的排出液均由排液管排出。

離線檢測

離線檢測時，儀器可從樣品瓶或其它沒有壓力的容器直接取樣。儀器管路沖洗和儀器校準應在離線狀態操作。若樣品中有不可溶性微粒，應經過濾膜（孔徑60μm或更小）過濾后進入儀器，以防止樣品中的微粒阻塞儀器。儀器的進樣管為1/16英寸的Teflon管，經蠕動泵抽進管路中的水樣流速約為0.5 ml/min。

Operational requirements

The concentration of organic carbon or organic carbon exceeds the detection range of the instrument and requires the use of high-purity water or organic carbon with a lower concentration

Rinse the pipeline with low deionized water.

The ambient temperature for instrument operation is between 5℃and 40℃.

Online detection device

The flow rate of the water sample after entering the instrument is approximately 0.5 ml/min. The temperature of the water sample entering the online detection device can be within the range of 1-95℃, and the waste liquid of the instrument and the discharge liquid of the online detection device are both discharged through the discharge pipe.

Offline detection

When conducting offline testing, the instrument can directly sample from sample bottles or other containers without pressure. Instrument pipeline flushing and instrument calibration should be operated offline. If there are insoluble particles in the sample, they should be filtered through a filter membrane (with a pore size of 60μm or smaller) before entering the instrument to prevent particles from blocking the instrument. The injection tube of the instrument is a 1/16 inch Teflon tube, and the flow rate of the water sample drawn into the pipeline by a peristaltic pump is about 0.5 ml/min.
