三、結(jié)構(gòu)概述

   熱老化試驗(yàn)箱是在原系列產(chǎn)品改型后的系列產(chǎn)品，此產(chǎn)品改型后，節(jié)能、美觀實(shí)用，容積100升、140升兩種規(guī)格。非規(guī)格可更根據(jù)用戶要求可特別加工，所有規(guī)格的老化試驗(yàn)箱外殼體均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板焊接而成、表面烘漆，內(nèi)室鋼板噴涂耐溫銀粉漆制成或不銹鋼制成，設(shè)有二至五成擱板。中間裝有支架轉(zhuǎn)盤，保溫層采用超細(xì)玻璃棉隔熱。箱門設(shè)有雙層玻璃觀察窗，工作室與箱門連接處裝有耐熱石棉繩，以保證工作室與箱門之間密封。老化試驗(yàn)箱的電源開關(guān)、控溫儀等操作件均集中于箱體前面左側(cè)的控制處，按指示標(biāo)操作。

   箱內(nèi)加熱恒溫系統(tǒng)裝有風(fēng)機(jī)、電加熱器、合適的風(fēng)道結(jié)構(gòu)和控溫儀組成，當(dāng)接通電源時(shí)，風(fēng)機(jī)同時(shí)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)將直接置于箱內(nèi)后側(cè)的電加熱產(chǎn)生的熱量通過風(fēng)道形成循環(huán)風(fēng)，經(jīng)過工作室內(nèi)干燥物品再吸入風(fēng)機(jī)，如此不斷循環(huán)使溫度達(dá)到均勻。

   控溫儀為智能數(shù)顯顯示，具有控溫精度高，設(shè)定溫度帶有保護(hù)裝置和定時(shí)功能。

Structure Overview

The thermal aging test chamber is a series of products that have been modified from the original series. After the modification, this product is energy-saving, aesthetically pleasing, and practical, with two specifications of capacity: 100 liters and 140 liters. Non standard aging test chambers can be specially processed according to user requirements. The outer shell of all specifications of aging test chambers is welded with high-quality steel plates and painted on the surface. The inner steel plates are sprayed with heat-resistant silver powder paint or stainless steel, and there are 20% to 50% shelves. A bracket turntable is installed in the middle, and the insulation layer is made of ultra-fine glass wool for insulation. The box door is equipped with a double-layer glass observation window, and a heat-resistant asbestos rope is installed at the connection between the studio and the box door to ensure sealing between the studio and the box door. The power switch, temperature controller, and other operating components of the aging test chamber are concentrated at the control point on the left side of the front of the box, and operated according to the instructions.

The heating and constant temperature system inside the box is composed of a fan, an electric heater, a suitable air duct structure, and a temperature controller. When the power is turned on, the fan runs simultaneously to circulate the heat generated by the electric heating placed directly at the back of the box through the air duct. After drying the items in the working room, they are sucked into the fan, and the temperature is continuously circulated to achieve uniformity.

The temperature controller is an intelligent digital display with high temperature control accuracy. It has a protective device and timing function for setting the temperature.

四、使用方法

   1、將被干燥的物品放入老化試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi)，關(guān)好箱門后接通電源。

   2、把電源開關(guān)撥至‘開’處，此時(shí)電源指示亮燈，數(shù)顯控溫儀有數(shù)字顯示。

   3、控溫儀設(shè)定見附1。控溫儀顯示箱內(nèi)有溫度，一般情況下，加熱90min后溫度控制進(jìn)入恒溫狀態(tài)。（注意：智能型控溫儀參照下面‘操作方法’）

   4、當(dāng)所需工作溫度比較低時(shí)，可采用二次設(shè)定方法，如需工作溫度80℃時(shí)，第一次可設(shè)定70℃，等溫度過沖回落時(shí)，再第二次設(shè)定80℃，這樣可降低甚至杜絕溫度過沖現(xiàn)象，使箱內(nèi)溫度盡快進(jìn)入恒溫狀態(tài)。

   5、根據(jù)不同的物品，不同的潮濕程度，選擇不同的干燥溫度和時(shí)間。

   6、干燥結(jié)束后，把電源開關(guān)撥至‘‘關(guān)’’處，但不能馬上打開箱門取出物品，小心燙傷，可先打開箱門降低箱內(nèi)溫度再取出物品。

usage method

1. Place the dried items into the aging test chamber, close the chamber door, and then turn on the power.

2. Turn the power switch to the 'on' position, the power indicator will light up, and the digital temperature controller will display a number.

3. The temperature controller settings are shown in Appendix 1. The temperature controller displays the temperature inside the box. Generally, after heating for 90 minutes, the temperature control enters a constant temperature state. (Note: For intelligent temperature controllers, please refer to the 'Operation Method' below)

4. When the required working temperature is relatively low, a secondary setting method can be used. If the required working temperature is 80℃, the first setting can be 70℃. When the temperature overshoot drops, the second setting can be 80℃. This can reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon of temperature overshoot, so that the temperature inside the box can enter a constant temperature state as soon as possible.

5. Choose different drying temperatures and times based on different items and levels of moisture.

6. After drying is complete, turn the power switch to the 'off' position, but do not immediately open the box door to remove items to avoid burns. You can first open the box door to lower the temperature inside the box before removing the items.

五、注意事項(xiàng)

   1、箱外殼必須有效接地以保證使用安全。

   2、使用完畢后應(yīng)將電源關(guān)閉。

   3、老化試驗(yàn)箱無防爆裝置，不得放入易燃易爆的物品。

   4、老化試驗(yàn)箱應(yīng)放在具有良好通風(fēng)條件的室內(nèi)，在其周圍不可放置易燃易爆的物品。

   5、箱內(nèi)物品放置切勿過擠，必須留出空間，以利熱空氣循環(huán)。

   6、箱內(nèi)外應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持清潔。

   7、當(dāng)使用溫度在150℃~300℃時(shí)，關(guān)機(jī)后應(yīng)先將箱門打開降低箱內(nèi)溫度。

matters needing attention

1. The outer shell of the box must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.

2. After use, the power should be turned off.

3. The aging test chamber does not have explosion-proof devices and cannot contain flammable and explosive materials.

4. The aging test chamber should be placed indoors with good ventilation conditions, and flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around it.

5. The items inside the box should not be placed too tightly, and space must be left to facilitate the circulation of hot air.

6. The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean regularly.

7. When the operating temperature is between 150℃and 300℃, the box door should be opened first to reduce the temperature inside the box after shutting down.
