4、 嚴禁熱插撥串口通訊線（正確操作為，關掉試驗主機電源再拔下通        訊線）；

5、 如果試驗中有事需要離開，請點擊“結束試驗”并按下紅色“停止按鈕”，關掉試驗主機電源后再離開；

操作步驟：

1、 拉開有機玻璃門，放置好電極與試樣，用測量塊測量好兩個電極之間的距離并固定住兩個電極；連接上高壓端的高壓線與低壓端的地線，連接好試驗主機與實驗室的接地線，關上有機玻璃門（注意：如果門沒有關好，按下試驗按鈕不會響應）；

2、 打開試驗主機電源并預熱10—15分鐘（注意：試驗主機與電腦的電源不能公用一個電源），初始狀態為停止按鈕上的紅色指示燈亮，試驗按鈕上的綠色指示燈滅；打開電腦，準備試驗；

3、 打開耐電弧實驗軟件，設置試驗參數；

4、 按下“試驗按鈕”（綠色指示燈亮，紅色指示燈滅），點擊“10mA 1/8通7/8段”（即階段1），當60s后自動停止高壓（注意：綠色指示燈是亮的，試驗時間不可更改不要拉開有機玻璃門），再點擊“10mA 1/4通3/4段”（即階段2），當60s后自動停止高壓，再點擊“10mA 1/4通1/4段”（即階段3），當60s后自動停止高壓，再點擊“10mA連續”（即階段4），當60s后自動停止高壓；再點擊“20mA連續”（即階段5），每個實驗階段的試驗時間為60s，60s后如果試樣沒有擊穿，接在點擊“30 mA連續”（即階段6）如果60s后沒有擊穿，再點擊“40 mA連續”（即階段7）60s后停止，按下“停止按鈕”（綠色指示燈滅，紅色指示燈亮）；

如果試樣在某個階段被擊穿，這時實驗人員需要點擊“結束試驗”，并按下“停止按鈕”（綠色指示燈滅，紅色指示燈亮）來停止試驗，拉開有機玻璃門更換試樣，重復上述步驟試驗；

5、 一組試驗為5次，做完一組實驗后如需保存請點擊“保存文件”，保存后再點擊“下組實驗”接著做下一組；

Operation steps:

1. Open the organic glass door, place the electrodes and the sample, use a measuring block to measure the distance between the two electrodes and fix them in place; Connect the high-voltage wire and low-voltage wire of the high-voltage end, connect the grounding wire of the test host to the laboratory, and close the organic glass door (note: if the door is not closed properly, pressing the test button will not respond);

2. Turn on the power supply of the test host and preheat for 10-15 minutes (note: the power supply of the test host and computer cannot share the same power supply). The initial state is that the red indicator light on the stop button is on, and the green indicator light on the test button is off; Turn on the computer and prepare for the experiment;

3. Open the arc resistance test software and set the test parameters;

4. Press the "Test button" (green indicator light on, red indicator light off), click "10mA 1/8 on 7/8 section" (i.e. Stage 1), automatically stop the high voltage after 60 seconds (note: the green indicator light is on, the test time cannot be changed, do not open the organic glass door), then click "10mA 1/4 on 3/4 section" (i.e. Stage 2), automatically stop the high voltage after 60 seconds, click "10mA 1/4 on 1/4 section" (i.e. Stage 3), automatically stop the high voltage after 60 seconds, click "10mA continuous" (i.e. Stage 4), automatically stop the high voltage after 60 seconds; Click "20mA continuous" again (i.e. stage 5), and the test time for each experimental stage is 60 seconds. If the sample does not break down after 60 seconds, click "30 mA continuous" (i.e. stage 6). If there is no breakdown after 60 seconds, click "40 mA continuous" (i.e. stage 7) and stop after 60 seconds. Press the "stop button" (green indicator light off, red indicator light on);

If the sample is broken down at a certain stage, the experimenter needs to click "End Test" and press the "Stop Button" (green indicator light off, red indicator light on) to stop the test, open the organic glass door to replace the sample, and repeat the above steps of the test;

5. A set of experiments is 5 times. After completing one set of experiments, if you need to save it, please click "Save File". After saving, click "Next Group Experiment" to continue with the next set;
