三、技術指標
1. 發動機功率。功率越大，銑刨效果越好。
2. 刀軸數量和刀片數量。數量越多銑刨深度和效率越高。
3. 機器自重。越重越好，可以避免機器跳動。
4. 刀片齒數越多銑刨效果越好，臂如8齒刀片優于6齒刀片。
四、保養指南
1、為了安全起見，在進行保養前，所有的保養必須由合格的機修工來進行。
2、機器必須放在平整的平面上進行保養。檢查銑刀時要防止機器翻倒。
3、每次操作前用肉眼檢查機器：所有緊固件是否擰緊？是否有零件明顯磨損或開裂？檢查軸承、檢查個個防護罩是否蓋住，注意軸承加油

，本機軸承不能缺油。
4、每次操作前，要檢查皮帶松緊度。新皮帶在運轉4小時后應該重新調整松緊度。有斷痕、嚴重磨損的皮帶應立即調換新的。調整皮帶松

緊度：調整發動機安裝底板下的兩根高度調整螺柱，通過改變電機輸出軸和銑鼓中心軸的中心距離來控制皮帶的松緊度。必須保持適當的

皮帶松緊度。
5、每次改變銑刀排列時，檢查銑刀軸和軸襯。如果軸上出現磨損的槽，就需要換新的。

belt before each operation. The new belt should be re-tightened after four hours of operation. The belt with broken marks 

and serious wear should be replaced immediately. ADJUST THE BELT TIGHTNESS: adjust the two height adjustment studs under 

the engine mounting base plate, control the belt tightness by changing the central distance between the motor output 

shaft and the milling drum central shaft. Proper belt tightness must be maintained. 5. Every time you change the cutter 

arrangement, check the cutter shaft and bushing. If a worn groove appears on the shaft, a new one is needed.
