阻燃緩沖條主要應(yīng)用于高瓦斯量煤礦皮帶機的保護，目前，緩沖床和緩沖條均無煤安標(biāo)識。
常用阻燃緩沖條的整體厚度為75mm,其中高分子聚乙烯板的厚度為12.5mm,在保證耐磨層zui佳厚度的同時為緩沖橡膠余下了足夠空間。阻燃緩沖條常用長度為：1200mm, 1500mm,也可根據(jù)客戶需求進行非標(biāo)定制。我們在緩沖條生產(chǎn)過程中注重產(chǎn)品的每個細節(jié)，在緩沖條兩端我們設(shè)計了傾斜坡度，以便皮帶更順滑通過緩沖床。

緩沖條的組成：聚乙烯板 ，天然橡膠（分普通和阻燃），鋁合金座，T型螺栓
緩沖條的規(guī)格：100mm*75mm，長度主要有1200mm，1500mm， 
緩沖條是緩沖床的主要組成部分，緩沖床是裝在皮帶下方，起防震作用，減少落料對皮帶沖擊的傷害
緩沖床的規(guī)格一般就是長*寬，寬就是皮帶的寬度，它決定需要幾根緩沖條，緩沖床的長度就是緩沖條的長度，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一般是1200mm 1500mm，當(dāng)然也有1000mm 1600mm1800mm2000mm 或者其他長度，需要定制；
緩沖條寬100mm，高度75mm
緩沖條zui表面一層是聚乙烯板，耐磨，中間是橡膠，可以緩沖，卡座是鋁合金的
每條緩沖條配3-4個T型螺栓，用于講緩沖條固定在床體上，組成緩沖床
井下使用需要用阻燃抗靜電的緩沖條
訂購緩沖條需要表明是否要阻燃，長度多少
緩沖條優(yōu)點
