GB/T1040-92“塑料拉伸性能試驗方法"中規定的型啞鈴形試樣。
GB8802-88“硬聚氯乙烯（PVC-U）管材及管件維卡軟化溫度測試方法"及GB1633-79“熱塑性塑料軟化點（維卡）試驗方法"中規定的厚度>6mm的維卡試樣。

可制作GB/T 1040 GB/T 9865.GB/T1043、GB/T1843、ISO179、ISO180等標準試樣，適合制作橡膠塑料、玻璃鋼塑料、纖維板、增強玻璃纖維板、特殊復合等材料，也可以制作金屬材料；

Dumbbell prototyping machine is suitable for making semi-rigid and rigid non-metallic materials into dumbbell-shaped and rectangular standard samples. The blank of the sample is directly clamped in the corresponding fixture, milling and moulding with a rotating milling cutter. The chips are inhaled by a vacuum cleaner. The dumbbell-shaped sample fixture of type I and II, which meets the requirements of GB/T 1040 Test Method for Plastic Tensile Property, can also be matched randomly. Customize according to user's requirement.
