1、單個試樣的結果計算

1.1本標準以磨痕度來表征磨損量。測量三點，取平均值，各點之差不得大于1毫米。在需要時，也可用體積磨損表示磨損量。

體積磨損V（厘米的3次方）可用式（1）計量：

試驗步驟

1、圓環應清除油污，貯存于干燥缸內以防生銹。

2、試樣經狀態調節后用感量為0.1毫克的分析天平稱取其質量（M1）。

3、把試樣裝進夾具，摩擦面用角尺校正并使它與圓環的交線外于試樣正中。裝好摩擦力矩記錄紙，開機校好零點。

4、再次用乙醇、丙酮等不與塑料起作用的溶劑仔細清除試樣和圓環上的油污，此后不準再用手接觸試樣和圓環的表面。

5、平穩地加荷至選定的負荷值。

6、對磨2小時后停機卸負荷，取下試樣和圓環，清理試樣表面后，用精度不低于0.02毫米的量具測量磨痕寬度，或在試驗環境下存放1小時后稱取試樣質量（m2)。

7、讀取摩擦力矩值。

橡膠摩擦磨耗的影響因素

橡膠的磨耗主要有三種形式：

1.磨損磨耗：粗糙表面上凸出的尖銳粗糙物不斷切割，刮擦

2.疲勞磨耗：硫化膠表面受周期性壓縮，剪切，拉伸等形變作用

3.卷曲磨耗：光滑表面接觸時硫化膠表面的微凹凸不平的地方發生變形。

滑動摩擦磨損試驗儀的維修及保養：

首先試驗機各部應經常擦拭干凈，以防生銹。不用時用機衣罩起以防塵土侵入，注意防曬。主要注意以下幾點：

● 附件及備件不用時，應整齊放入相應的附件箱中，易生銹的零部件應涂防銹油。儀器不使用時，砝碼取下勿壓著傳感器。

●安裝控制軟件用計算機勿隨意安裝下載軟件，以防系統中毒，影響控制軟件。

● 接通電源，檢查電源是否正常，若正常，進行第二步操作，若不正常，檢查供電電源是否已接通。

● 查看主軸軸旋轉方向是否正確,該試驗機的主軸不可逆轉,既從上往下看是主軸為順時針旋轉。 　

● 安裝試樣，具體安裝方式可參照說明書。

● 試樣安裝完畢，將上試樣夾頭鑲在主軸下端錐孔內，旋緊拉桿，下試樣放入試樣座相應位置，手動旋轉滾花螺釘，讓下導向主軸上升，使上下摩擦副相互接近。

● 選擇試試驗驗方法，進行參數設定，調整加載速度，按下自動加載按扭，試驗力值穩定后，按下開始按扭試驗開始。

● 對于不明確的故障發生時，用戶應及時向制造廠家聯系，以便妥善解決。

●預置的數時停止。在加荷過程中，如果按下暫停鍵，則停止施加試驗力。

● 摩擦力單元的操作 摩擦力工作范圍是0-196N。試驗前，首先要調節調零按鈕，使摩擦力顯示裝置交替顯示（?0）。摩擦力預置撥盤起初可設置較大的值，當試驗進入正常后，再根據實際摩擦力值設置一個較接近的值。當出現擦傷時，會因摩擦力增大而報警停機。按下摩擦力復位按鍵，報警解除，可繼續做試驗。

●摩擦磨損試驗機的維護和保養試驗機各部應經常擦拭干凈，對沒有噴漆的表面擦拭干凈后應用棉紗沾少量的機油再擦一遍，以防生銹。雨季期間更應注意擦拭，不用時用機衣罩起以防塵土侵入。注意不要讓油污和塵土進入到電器控制箱內。附件及備件不用時，應整齊放入相應的附件箱中，易生銹的零部件應涂防銹油。試驗機應每隔1-2年檢驗一次，以保證各項指標的正確性。對于不明確的故障發生時，用戶應及時向我廠聯系，以便妥善解決。

塑料摩擦磨耗的影響因素

1.表面粗糙度的影響：接觸表面越粗糙，摩擦系數越大

2.溫度的影響：溫度對摩擦系數的影響不大

3.負荷的影響：隨負荷的增大而緩慢下降

4.速度的影響：中/低速，摩擦系數隨速度的增加而增大，高速下，滑動摩擦系數隨溫度的增加而降低

5.配對材料：與不同材料配對時，其摩擦系數有很大差別

Do not install or download control software on your computer without permission to prevent system poisoning and affect the control software.

Connect the power supply and check if it is normal. If it is normal, proceed to the second step. If it is not normal, check if the power supply is connected.

Check if the rotation direction of the main shaft is correct. The main shaft of the testing machine cannot be reversed, as it rotates clockwise when viewed from top to bottom.

Install the sample, please refer to the instruction manual for specific installation methods.

After the installation of the sample is completed, insert the upper sample clamp into the tapered hole at the lower end of the spindle, tighten the pull rod, place the lower sample in the corresponding position of the sample seat, manually rotate the knurled screw to raise the lower guiding spindle, and make the upper and lower friction pairs close to each other.

●Choose a testing method, set parameters, adjust loading speed, press the automatic loading button, and after the test force value stabilizes, press the start button to start the test.

When unclear faults occur, users should promptly contact the manufacturer for proper resolution.

Stop when the preset number is reached. During the loading process, if the pause button is pressed, the application of test force will be stopped.

The operating friction range of the friction unit is 0-196N. Before the experiment, first adjust the zero adjustment button to alternately display the friction force display device (?0). The friction force preset dial can initially be set to a larger value. After the test enters normal, a closer value can be set based on the actual friction force value. When scratches occur, an alarm and shutdown will be triggered due to increased friction. Press the friction reset button, the alarm will be cleared, and the test can continue.
