50KV直流電壓擊穿試驗儀  基本功能：

   電壓擊穿試驗儀由電腦控制，數據采集方式通過光電隔離，有效解決試驗過程中的抗干擾問題，軟件操作使用方便，能夠實時顯示動態曲線，同時升壓速率無級可調，可以根據自己的需要進行升壓速率調節，調節范圍在0.1KV-3KV/S，使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準確，并能夠準確測出漏電電流的數據。可實時繪制試驗曲線，顯示試驗數據，判斷準確，并可保存，分析，打印試驗數據。并且能夠自動判別試樣擊穿并采集擊穿電壓數據及泄露電流，同時能夠在擊穿的瞬間電壓迅速降低自動歸零。軟件系統操作方便，性能穩定，安全可靠。

技術要求：

               直流0--70 KV ;（同類產品做到50kv)

03、電器容量：10KVA

04、高壓分級：0--50KV全程可調(采用高精度電壓采樣器件，取消了同類廠家由于電壓采樣精度不夠必須采用高壓分級的方式)

100 V/S    200 V/S    500 V/S    1000 V/S     2500 V/S     3000 V/S (此項滿足標準里面極快速升壓試驗要求)

備注：本產品采用最先進的直流伺服電機加載減速機構，保證了標準里面關于極慢速試驗和極快速試驗的最新要求，（一般廠家為皮帶輪機構，誤差較大）保證用戶可以自由選擇升壓速率，是目前同類產品中滿足國標對于升壓速率要求的測試設備。可以根據用戶需求設定不同的升壓速率

3、試驗方式：選擇進行“交流試驗”或“直流試驗”；

4、試驗方法：可進行“擊穿”，“耐壓”，“梯度耐壓”試驗；

5、試驗人員：輸入檢測人員姓名；

6、試驗溫度：輸入試驗溫度；

7、試驗濕度：輸入試驗濕度；

8、設備型號：顯示機器型號，此處不可變；

9、執行標準：選擇所使用的標準；

Basic functions:

The voltage breakdown tester is controlled by a computer, and the data acquisition method is through photoelectric isolation, effectively solving the anti-interference problem during the testing process. The software is easy to operate and can display dynamic curves in real time. At the same time, the boosting rate is stepless and adjustable, and can be adjusted according to one's own needs. The adjustment range is 0.1KV-3KV/S, making the boosting rate truly uniform and accurate, and accurately measuring the data of leakage current. It can draw experimental curves in real time, display experimental data, make accurate judgments, and save, analyze, and print experimental data. And it can automatically distinguish the breakdown of the sample and collect breakdown voltage data and leakage current. At the same time, it can quickly reduce the voltage and automatically reset to zero at the moment of breakdown. 安全說明：

1、設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。

2、直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成傷害)。

3、試驗放電裝置，隨主機為一體化，改進了以往單獨配備一根放電桿的功能。

4、該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。
