漏電起痕試驗儀。適用于固體絕緣材料在潮濕條件下相比漏電起痕指數和耐漏電起痕指數的測定方法，具有簡便、準確、可靠、實用等特點。

Leakage trace tester. This method is suitable for measuring the leakage marking index and leakage resistance marking index of solid insulation materials under humid conditions, and has the characteristics of simplicity, accuracy, reliability, and practicality.

Technical indicators

1. Electrode size: 5mm?0.1mm * 2mm?0.1mm, with one end of the electrode edge cut into a 30 degree slope;

2. Electrode material: copper platinum (platinum length:≥12mm, purity≥99.0%);

4. Each electrode exerts a force on the sample: 1.0N?0.05N;

6. Applied voltage: adjustable between 100-600V (48-60Hz), with a voltage drop of no more than 10% when the short-circuit current is 1.0A?0.1A;

7. Determine the circuit: If the short-circuit current is greater than 0.5A, maintain the relay action for 2 seconds, cut off the current, and indicate that the test sample is unqualified;

8. Dropping interval of solution: 30s?5s;

9. Dropping needle to sample surface height: 30-40mm;

10. Control the droplets using an electromagnetic valve. Droplet size: (20 30) mm3, 50 droplets are (0.997~1.147g), and 20 droplets are (0.380~0.480g);

11. Dropping device: needs to be adjusted before the experiment;
