(二)特殊測試項目:
1.彈性系數即彈性楊氏模量定義:同相位的法向應力分量與法向應變之比。為測定材料剛性之系數,其值越高,材料越強韌。
2.比例限:荷重在一定范圍內與伸長可以維持成正比之關系,其醉大應力即為比極限。
3.彈性限:為材料所能承受而不呈永久變形之醉大應力。
4.彈性變形:除去荷重后,材料的變形完全消失。
5.永久變形:除去荷重后,材料仍殘留變形。
6.屈服點:材料拉伸時,變形增快而應力不變,此點即為屈服點。屈服點分為上下屈服點,一般以上屈服點作為屈服點。屈服(yield):荷重超過比例限與伸長不再成正比,荷重會突降,然后在一段時間內,上下起伏,伸長發生較大變化,這種現象叫作屈服。
7.屈服強度:拉伸時,永久伸長率達到某一規定值之荷重,除以平行部原斷面積,所得之商。
8.彈簧K值:與變形同相位的作用力分量與形變之比。

日常維護
1.經常保持設備和計算機的清潔衛生。
2.預防高溫、過濕、灰塵、腐蝕性介質、水等浸入機器或計算機內部。
3.定期檢查,保持零件、部件的完整性。
4.注意對易銹件或長期不用的配件,如夾具、插銷等涂上防銹油。
5.對于夾具的鉗口或夾具相對滑動的表面應保持干凈,避免磕碰。在做一批試樣后應及時清理留存鉗中的碎片,如果鉗口齒行部分被堵塞,請用鋼刷蘸汽油清洗,忌用堅硬的工具進行清理。
6.注意對使用減速機的主機每2500小時換油,潤滑油為MOBLL Gear(美孚)。
