使用紫外燈將水中有機物轉化為二氧化碳,二氧化碳溶解在水中形成碳酸根離子.有機物轉化前后都測量電導率,通過電導率的差值可算出增加的碳酸根含量,就可以算出水中的TOC了。

標準貯備液的制備

 

(1) 有機碳標準貯備液:稱取干燥后的適量KHC8H4O4,用水稀釋,一般貯備液的濃度為400mg/L碳。

 

(2) 無機碳標準貯備液:稱取干燥后適量比例的碳酸鈉和碳酸氫鈉,用水稀釋,一般貯備液的濃度為400mg/L無機碳。

儀器校準

分析儀的‘儀器校準’主要包括兩部分內容,一是儀器的零點校準;

歷史記錄查詢

分析儀可以自動保存最近1 年的測試數據記錄(包括測試結果和完整的測試條件),超過存儲范圍以后,最早的測試數據會被自動覆蓋。

 

保存歷史記錄

歷史記錄的保存對象包括:在線分析結果和離線分析結果。分析儀有兩種存儲模式,一種是自動存儲;另一種是手動存儲。當選擇自動存儲時,每次測試結束后,儀器會自動保存本次的測試結果。當選擇手動存儲時,每次開始測試的時候,儀器都會有提示信息,詢問用戶是否要保存數據。如果要保存測試結果則按“確定”鍵保存,如果不保存,則按“取消”鍵放棄保存。

 

水樣中TOC的分析步驟

 

水中的有機物質的含量,以有機物中的主要元素一碳的量來表示,稱為總有機碳。 TOC的測定類似于TOD的測定。在950℃的高溫下,使水樣中的有機物氣化燃燒,生成CO2,通過紅外線分析儀,測定其生成的CO2之量,即可知總有機碳量。

我們的生活離不開水,若相當多的有機污染物存在于水中,將直接影響水體的質量,對我們的生活和生產造成危害,因此水和廢水的監測,越來越引起人們的重視。其中水體中總有機碳(TOC)含量的檢測,日益引起關注。它是以碳含量表示水體中有機物質總量的綜合指標。TOC的測定一般采用燃燒法,此法能將水樣中有機物全部氧化,可以很直接地用來表示有機物的總量。因而它被作為評價水體中有機物污染程度的一項重要參考指標。

Consumables replacement cycle

History Query

Save History

Historical records are saved for online analysis results and offline analysis results. The analyzer has two storage modes, one is automatic storage; The other is manual storage. When automatic storage is selected, the instrument will automatically save the test results after each test. When manual storage is selected, the instrument will give a prompt every time the test starts, asking the user whether to save the data. If you want to save the test results, press OK to save them. Analysis steps of TOC in water sample
