測試方法及其原理
國家藥典委員會發(fā)布的《中華人民共和國藥典2010版》二部中推薦采用在線和
離線兩種測試方法,還提供了系統(tǒng)適應(yīng)性試驗的操作方法。同時對測試總有機碳的儀
器也提出了要求,即首先要能區(qū)分無機碳和有機碳;并能排除無機碳對總有機碳的影
響;其次應(yīng)滿足系統(tǒng)適應(yīng)性試驗的要求;最后儀器應(yīng)具有足夠的檢測靈敏度。
要檢測樣品中的有機物濃度,必須將有機物分子分解并且轉(zhuǎn)化成能夠測量的單
分子形式,這樣就必須把有機物氧化成二氧化碳,并對生成的二氧化碳進行測量。目
前氧化的方法有四種:一、燃燒法;二、光氧化法;三、濕法氧化;四、光化學(xué)法。
氧化后有機碳測試的方法有差減法和直接法兩種。
工作原理

工作原理
