英國GRIMM格林進口齒輪油泵概述： 
         進口齒輪油泵又稱進口齒輪式輸油泵，適用于輸送各種不含固體顆粒和纖維，有潤滑性的液體，介質溫度不高于300℃，粘度為5?10-5～1.5?10-3m2/s，如柴油，潤滑油，原油等，配用銅齒輪和防爆電機可輸送汽油，苯等低閃點液體。不銹鋼材料的泵體可用于食品工業輸送飲料，食用油，牛奶等。
         該泵在輸油系統中可用作傳輸、增壓泵；在燃油系統中可用作輸送、加壓、噴射的燃油泵；在一切工業領域中，均可作潤滑油泵用。泵體材料根據客戶需要可選用鑄鐵，鋁合金和不銹鋼。軸封有骨架油封，填料密封，機械密封供選擇。

         進口齒輪油泵主要有齒輪、軸、泵體、安全閥、軸端密封所組成。齒輪經熱處理有較高的硬度和強度，與軸一同安裝在可更換的軸套內運轉。泵內全部零件的潤滑均在泵工作時利用輸出介質而自動達到。
　　  泵內有設計合理的泄油和回油槽，是齒輪在工作中承受的扭矩力zui小，因此軸承負荷小，磨損小，泵效率高。
　　  泵設有安全閥作為超載保護，安全閥的全回流壓力為泵額定排除壓力的1.5倍，也可在允許排出壓力范圍內根據實際需要另外調整。但注意本安全閥不能作減壓閥的長期工作，需要時可在管路上另行安裝。

        The imported gear pump mainly consists of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal. The gear has higher hardness and strength after heat treatment, and it is installed with the shaft in the replaceable axle sleeve. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically reached by using the output medium when the pump is working.

        The pump has reasonable design of the oil and the oil return groove is a gear in the work under minimum torque force, so the bearing load is small, small abrasion, high pump efficiency.

        The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection, the total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated pump pressure, and can be adjusted in the allowable discharge pressure range according to the actual needs. But note that the safety valve can not be used for long-term work of pressure reducing valve, when necessary, can be installed on the pipeline.
